HUDSON VALLEY HOME MATTERS
is part of a national movement, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded by Poughkeepsie area residents to give those over 50 the practical means to continue living in their own homes as they grow older.
HVHM is a member-driven organization. Under the leadership of a professional director, members serve on the board, volunteer, and shape the future direction of services and programs.
HVHM will collaborate with Dutchess County Office for the Aging and all other available services for seniors.
